Accessing the Chats Tab
Select "Chats" from the menu on the left side to access the Chats page.
What You Will Find Inside
The Chats page comprises three main sections:
1. Left-Side Panel
- Search Bar: Look for chats or rooms by their name. The search operates within the active tab (either "Chats" or "Rooms").
- Chats Tab: Shows all direct chats along with a counter for unread chats.
- Rooms Tab: Displays all community rooms, including a counter for unread chats.
- Active Chats List: A compilation of current discussions, each displaying an unread message count if new messages exist.
2. Chat Section
- The main chat window where discussions occur.
- You can send messages, media, and various content directly to members or groups.
3. Right-Side Chat Information Panel
- Shows extra details regarding the chosen chat.
- May incorporate chat members, chat settings, and other extra information.
Search Capability
- Utilize the search bar to swiftly find a particular chat or room by its name.
- The search will be limited to the currently active tab (either Chats or Rooms), simplifying navigation and enhancing focus.
