Accessing the Member List
- Select “Manage Members” to view a list of all participants in the chat.
- Alternatively, access the Information Panel and select “View all” in the Members section.
Managing Members in Room
1. Rooms automatically include all members of Space.
2. Every individual on the list has an Action button that includes:
- Option to send a message for direct contact with members.
Note: You are not allowed to remove members from Rooms.
Adding Members in a Room
- Members are automatically included when they enter the Space.
- Creators/Admins are unable to manually take out members from Rooms.
Managing Members in a Chat
1. Chats are confidential and can be managed independently from the Space.
2. Every participant in the chat list has an Action button that includes:
- Send Message.
- Remove (accessible solely to Creator/Admin).

Adding Members in a Chat
1. Only Admins or Creators are permitted to add participants to a chat.
2. To include members:
- Press the Plus (+) icon on the member list.
- A modal dialog will appear displaying all Space members who are not currently in the chat.
- Use checkboxes to choose several members.
- Confirm to include them in the chat.
Removing Members from a Chat
Admins/Creators can remove members at any time by using the “Action button” > “Remove”.

- Open Manage Members or View all from the Information Panel.
- Rooms auto-include Space members (cannot be removed).
