Steps for Withdrawing Earnings
Step 1: Select a Balance
- Go to your My Wallet section.
- Choose the currency balance (e.g., EUR or USD) that you want to withdraw from.
Step 2: Press Withdraw
- Press the Withdraw button to start the withdrawal procedure.
- If this is your first withdrawal, you will be directed to finish the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedure.
Step 3: Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Input the sum you want to withdraw from your available balance.
Step 4: Ensure Banking Details Are Connected
1. Make sure that you have connected valid banking information for the chosen currency balance.
2. If banking details are missing, navigate to the Banking Details tab to include them.

Step 5: Complete Withdrawal
Once you've input the amount and verified your banking details, click Withdraw to complete the process.
Requirements for Payouts
- KYC Verification: Needed only for your first withdrawal to guarantee compliance and safety.
- Linked Banking Details: Make sure your banking information is current and linked to the correct currency balance.
