Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Use the search bar in the left panel to easily find a chat or room. The search will work within the active tab (“Chats” or “Rooms”), so you can quickly locate what you're looking for.

  2. Click the “Create” button in the space menu, select “Chat Room”, and then fill out the fields (name, description, and message settings). It's that easy to get started.

  3. Head to the “Chats” section, click “Create Chat”, choose “Group Chat”, and pick the members you want to add from the space member list. You’ll have your group in no time.

  4. Open the chat and click the camera icon in the top-right corner. This will create a MiraMeet link, which you can share with the chat participants to kick off the video call.
