How to Change Your Password
1. Access Account Settings and proceed to the Security area.
2. Select Change Password.
3. Enter your Email Address in the form for password change.
4. Click Send Code.
5. Look in your inbox for an email that includes a One-Time Password (OTP).
6. Enter the OTP that was sent to your email.
7. Input your new password, making sure it complies with the platform's security standards:
- At least one capital letter.
- At least one lowercase character.
- At least one unique symbol.
- At least one digit.
8. Press Save Changes to modify your password.
Forgot Your Password?
If you are unable to access your account, take these steps to restore your password:
Step 1: Request a Reset Link
1. Choose “Forgot Password?” on the Sign-In Page.
2. Input your Email Address in the form for retrieving your password.
3. Select “Reset Password”.
4. Check your inbox for an email containing a One-Time Password (OTP).
Step 2: Set a New Password
1. Input the OTP that was sent to your email.
2. Enter your Email Address once more.

4. Click “Verify” to finish the process.
